Before beginning your training sessions you will have a consultation to map out your individualized fitness plan. This will include a body-fat assessment measurements, before pictures, eating analysis and goal setting. This will ensure that you start off on the right foot with the right plan that works for you.
If you are on a budget or love the camaraderie of having a workout buddy, ASF also offers small group personal training. Including groups of 2, 3, & 4 individuals. You can still expect the same results and attention with group training as you would with a one-on-one session.
ASF offers 30 & 60min one-on-one and group training sessions.

The ASF 12 Week Group Transformation is designed to give you maximum accountability and amazing results while working a long side like-minded women with similar goals in mind! It is the perfect combination of a "go at your own pace" program while having an incredible support system to keep you motivated and on track!

ASF GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

ASF group fitness classes are geared to bring you a personalized fitness experience with smaller class sizes developed to produce optimal results.
You will receive individualized attention to ensure proper technique is being used and that you're being pushed to YOUR fitness level.
Ashley's signature class, 60min of non-stop BOOTY work. This class provides the right moves and intensity to shape your glutes in no time. Attend class regularly and the results will speak for themselves. This class is a must for anyone who is looking to have a tight, round and shapely booty.
This is the perfect class for beginners or for someone who’s been out of the game for a while. You will learn all the fundamentals for building that perfect booty while still getting an awesome workout! If you know the moves but it’s been a while then this is also the perfect class to get back into the groove!
A full body workout designed to hit every major muscle group. The focus of this class is to build lean muscle and turn your fat burning mode ON! You’ll leave this class feeling every inch of your body and wanting to come back for more!
Want to take your physique up a notch? Need that extra push for your cardio workout? This class has got you covered. You will be given a mix of plyometrics, sprints and cardio moves designed to burn fat, shape your booty and elevate your metabolism. Come ready to SWEAT!
This class will focus on all Upper Body! Give that booty a rest and focus on building a sexy back and shoulders, with arms to follow suit. Throw in a couple HIIT moves and you’ve got yourself one killer UPPer body workout!
A little twist on our traditional ASF workouts. Always a full body workout, always a good time! End your week with a good sweat!
